We know that people feel better when they stay active, and we’re proud to offer first-class sports and fitness sessions designed to help you do just that. We have experienced staff on hand at all times, who are there to make your experience even better. Football

Football is an aerobic sport which can help increase your energy, stamina, reduce tension, anxiety and depression. The sessions is open to all abilities and led a professional female coach. Comfy clothes and trainers are all you need to come to a football session with us. 

Netball

Whether you are just starting out, play regularly or want to return to the game, netball is a great session for everyone. There’s a whole host of different ways in which you can master your skills and have fun out on court. Club Ekta is registered with Netball England and provide sessions on a weekly basis. 

Rounders

When you ask people about Rounders, it brings a smile, revisiting memories of a fun, team sport they played at school. We welcome players of all abilities as the club is affiliated with Rounders England. If you want to play competitively, you can join Ekta Eagles in the West Yorkshire Rounders League! 

Badminton

This session is perfect for those who want to play badminton socially as our friendly session co-ordinators will engage with you. They will ensure you are supported throughout your time on the court. The best part is you don’t need a partner, racket or shuttle to join in; you can just turn up and play.

Yoga

Yoga is the science of uniting the mind, body and spirit, it offers a means to improve physical health and mental wellbeing. Yoga can contribute to better sleep, reduce stress, relieve back pain, improve strength and flexibility and so much more! All equipment you need is provided so not to worry if you don't have a mat, block or straps.

Pi-Yo

Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga sessions, PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat. This unique session combines the strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility enhancing effects of Yoga. It's low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. 

Cricket

This game is for any ability, even if you have never picked up a cricket bat or ball. No need to worry about any equipment just come and give it a try. We work with Bradford Park Avenue Ladies to offer a wide range of cricket activities, whether you want to play friendly or competitively.  

Kickboxing

Our kickboxing sessions are a mix of self defence and cardio-conditioning. Not only will you be burning through calories, but you will be having fun with a group of like-minded ladies. Although you will never directly spar with another participant, we will be teaching you techniques that you can use in self defence.

Bhangra

High energy and fun, our Bhangra classes combine the strong, festive moves of this traditional North Indian Folk style with an up-to-date edge. Bhangra is characterised by it’s incredibly infectious music, which we place at the heart of our class experience, led by a qualified female instructor.

BollyBeats

A Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the music from India. It is a mixture of both high and low intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. 

Horse Riding

A unique 6 week program devised to promote the participation of women and girls in the sport. This project aims to promote the participation in horse riding and also learn skills and knowledge in an equine environment.
