Club Ekta, established in 2021, is a community of Bradford's aspiring and most inspirational females.  We have the vision of championing women and celebrating sisterhood through events, socials and sports, improving mental and physical health.
Club Ekta additionally offers its services to children and young people, working with different schools and educational settings around West Yorkshire.

Our carefully curated program is designed to cater to children aged 5-14, ensuring a diverse range of engaging and educational activities that will captivate young hearts and minds.

HARLEEN KAUR

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Harleen, the 1st British Asian female to represent England in kickboxing, a British Champion and World Silver Medalist. After a successful sporting career, she decided to set up Club Ekta to help others reach their full potential. Harleen wants to empower women and inspire change through providing opportunities. 

SELINA GREGOIRE

SAFEGUARDING AND WELFARE LEAD

Selina has spent more than 15 years working with community organisations and helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Selected as the youth ambassador for the Prince's Trust, she has worked extensively to empower the youth through mentoring and workshops.

 
RICK SIMPSON

BOARD MEMBER

Rick, is a finance manager and also runs an award-winning Taekwondo school with over 400 students. He has over 20 years of experience in in the elite sports industry working closely with National Governing Body British Taekwondo and overseeing operations. 

AISHAH KHAN

BOARD MEMBER

Aishah has 9 years of customer service experience alongside a medical degree, now working with the NHS. She is passionate towards helping people with their mental health and also an advocate for female empowerment.
